Rooted in the natural jewel of Madagascar, Chantale grew up in the Tsaratanana nature reserve, where vanilla and spices became her second nature, a precious legacy from her grandparents, parents and cousins, all engaged in the production of these aromatic gems.

From Madagascar to the Côte d'Or - A transplanted aromatic tradition
At VANILLA SAVA, our story begins in the green plantations of SAVA, a region renowned for the production of exceptional vanilla. Chantale Tsarazara, steeped in family heritage, created a bridge between the wealth of SAVA and the Gomméville region in Côte d’Or, where the company comes to life.
Having lived in France for a decade, Chantale felt the call to promote this family heritage in her adopted region around Gomméville, in the Côte d’Or. Thus was born VANILLA SAVA, a company which draws its strength from Chantale's passion for vanilla and Madagascar spices.
